Trained in a "zero-defect" Big Law environment at an elite Ropes & Gray spinoff (Haley Guiliano), she spent six years orchestrating global patent operations for high-tech leaders including Google. Drawing on this foundation and her tenure at Amazon Lab126, Apple, and Okta, she leads Ciph Lab®'s mission to translate complex mandates into frictionless operational frameworks.

Director of AI, leading technical architecture and responsible AI usage. Previously engineered Gemini-based pipelines processing 12M+ conversations and 1,000+ hours of video for enterprise clients including Disney, Netflix, Google, and NBCUniversal. Research background in Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience informs his approach to AI systems design and model evaluation.
Principal Advisor, AI Safety & Security. Nearly 25 years of industry research leadership in AI safety, security, and privacy at Google/YouTube and JPMorgan Chase. Her research focuses on how users safely make security and privacy decisions with LLM assistance—directly central to IR™ framework design. 9,000+ research citations and a 7-year tenure as department editor at IEEE Security & Privacy Magazine.
Implementation Partner. Brings deep fintech infrastructure experience from a long tenure at Credit Karma, where she worked across identity systems, compliance infrastructure, and operational systems at scale. Leads Ciph Lab®'s Technical Implementation track, specializing in Policy-to-Code transition and identity automation—moving governance from the page to the technical stack.
