Ciph Lab™ currently offers two active tiers: Tier 0 (free readiness snapshot) and Tier 1 (a paid Strategic Diagnostic Assessment powered by the Fit Filter Rubric™). Upper tiers— Discovery, Governance Engine, and Intelligence Resources™ Enterprise—are in development and accessible only to Ciph Lab Beta partners. These tiers represent the SaaS platform layers that introduce structured intake, governance workflows, risk logic, and monitoring.

During the beta phase, upgrades are guided rather than automated. After completing Tier 1, we review your governance needs, current AI adoption, and operational maturity to determine whether early access to Tier 2 is appropriate. Once the SaaS platform launches, tier transitions will move to a simple subscription model.

No long-term commitments are required for Tier 0 or Tier 1. Future SaaS tiers (T2–T4) will offer monthly and annual subscription options. Beta partners may receive locked-in pricing for future tiers, but no commitment is required until those capabilities launch.

Yes — in a lightweight, early-access format. Beta partners receive guided intake, Fit Filter Rubric™ interpretation, maturity insights, and early roadmap recommendations. Full enterprise onboarding— including workflow configuration, routing logic, risk thresholds, Accountability Map setup, and monitoring—will become available as the higher tiers of the Intelligence Resources™ platform roll out.
