KYC2: Self-Enforcing AI Chips for Export Control

Translating BIS and OFAC Mandates into Hardware-Level Policy Enforcement

This brief demonstrates the IR methodology in action, developed for the BASIS AI Policy Hackathon at UC Berkeley.

The work required both Governance Logic expertise—translating RASA Act, BIS authority, and export control law into policy framework—and technical architecture capability for hardware-level enforcement.
