Ciph Lab™ is a remote-first company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Ideally, co-founders are local or able to collaborate in Pacific Time. We’re open to exceptional U.S.-based partners who align with our mission to build the operating layer for aligned intelligence.

We’re exploring a co-founder partnership structure — equity-based, with no salary during the prototype stage — designed for someone ready to build this discipline from zero alongside the founding CEO.
